Westwood student accommodation consisted of the redevelopment of a student accommodation scheme of 63 apartments with 394 bedrooms. The project included all ancillary facilities: a reception area, social spaces, study areas, storage.
- Twenty three 4-bed apartments, one 5-bed apartment, one 6-bed apartment, thirteen 7-bed apartments and twenty five 8-bed apartments.
- Accommodation is arranged over five blocks and varies in height from 3 to 5 storeys.
- A café/ restaurant (150 m2) and outdoor seating area is provided on the ground floor Block A.
- 24 parking spaces (including 2 disabled parking spaces).
- 140 cycling parking spaces and 11 sheltered racks.
