The works generally comprise of demolition and refurbishment of Café en Seine, and its adjacent property, 39 Dawson Street.
The main element of construction is a structural steel frame, with glazed atrium. Remedial works needed to be carried out to the main roof over Café en Seine, which supports a listed ceiling. In addition, all mechanical and electrical works including specialist finishes were carried out by nominated and specialist sub-contractors.
