Set in the heart of Dublin’s thriving docklands with a unique frontage to the Grand Canal Dock, this exciting new landmark development transforms the Dublin skyline and surrounding urban landscape.
The development is a combination of new build and refurbished space within the industrial heritage buildings on site, creating a pleasant and lively new city quarter. It includes 3 new landmark buildings comprising approximately 36,851m2 of office, residential, retail and cultural space.
The development also involves a new civic plaza looking onto the waterfront at Grand Canal Dock. A new pedestrian bridge links the plaza to Ringsend Road. This contemporary lively waterfront setting accommodates up to 2,500 workers.
