Enabling works and demolition of existing structure part of the former Bank of Ireland on Suffolk Street Dublin 2. Creation of new stair core, lift shaft and atriums within existing building. Upgrade of existing structural members and installation of services for a new retail centre and office accommodation. Also included are the upgrade of cladding on Suffolk Street and the increase in height of the building by 2 storeys.

Suffolk Street comprises five-storey over lower ground and basement, modern building extending to a total of 2,196 sq m of prime retail provision and was given an architectural facelift as part of the redevelopment. The lower ground, ground and first floors were refurbished to provide a high-quality retail units
