In August GSA opened The Tannery Student Accommodation in Dublin 8. Located in the historical liberties area, the new building comprises 296 student beds and adjoins the current New Mill student accommodation scheme, a 400 bed complex which was also built by BAM.

The student residents have access to on-site laundry facilities, a cinema room, an arcade room, high-speed broadband and WiFi, study areas and all utility bills are included.

Theo Cullinane, BAM Ireland CEO commented, that BAM have a longstanding relationship with GSA as this is the fourth high-quality purpose-built student accommodation we have built with GSA, two at Mill Street and another two in Cork. The 200 bed Amnis House on Western Road was recently completed and the 400 plus bed Brewery Quarter Student Accommodation at the former Beamish & Crawford site is well underway.
