BAM was awarded the Operations and Asset Management Category: BIM to FM on Schools Bundle 4 at the Irish BIM Innovation Awards on Thursday, 10 November last.

The Irish BIM Innovation Awards, presented by CitA showcased the world-class talent of the Irish BIM industry. The judging panel, comprising international BIM experts, commended the nominees on the calibre of their submissions.

The following BIM specialists also presented at the pre-awards conference: Anne Kemp, Director of BIM Strategy and Development, Atkins; Dr Ing. Thomas Liebech, Director of AEC3 Deutschland GmbH; Dr Mohamad Kassem, Associate Professor, Northumbria University; Dominic Thasarathar, Industry Strategist at Autodesk; and Dr Russell Manning, Virtual Design and Construction Coordinator, Office of the Physical Plant, Pennsylvania State University.

Dr Alan Hore closed the conference speaking of the great progress the Irish Construction Industry is making on its BIM Journey.
