BAM is Successful Contractor for Grangegorman Greenway Hub

The Grangegorman Development Authority (GDA) is delighted to announce that BAM Building Ltd. have been selected as the successful tenderer for the first new Dublin Institute of Technology building to be constructed on the Grangegorman site.
The Greenway Hub will be home to the Environmental Health Sciences Institute, a national research platform dedicated to research focusing on the interface between the environment and health. It is based on collaboration between DIT, Dublin City Council, and the Health Service Executive.
The new building will also be home to incubation spaces for new start-up companies. This is thanks to the involvement of Enterprise Ireland. BAM is due to move on site in the coming weeks and it is envisaged that this contract will take approximately 18 months to complete.
