Beyond Zero Commitment Workshop

53 of our management team recently attended a 2 day seminar on Beyond Zero Safety Culture & Vision for BAM.
This “Beyond Zero” workshop facilitated by JMJ, involved a brain storming session by senior management and safety managers as to what safety means to each of us and how we can as individuals enhance the existing safety culture.
Beyond Zero requires us all to take individual responsibility and to contribute to the making of change. Each and every one of us is committed to ensuring that anyone who is impacted by our works, goes home safely every day.
The next step in our Beyond Zero journey is for 10 trainers to be trained. These trainers will be Beyond Zero Champions and will learn how to facilitate a workshop. These Beyond Zero Workshops will be attended by each stakeholder group on the BAM Supply Chain from suppliers to clients
