Terry Styant

Terry is responsible for leading BAM UK & Ireland’s legal strategy and supporting the delivery of the business’s commercial and operational objectives across the UK and Ireland.

Terry joined BAM from Balfour Beatty where she held the role of Associate General Counsel, UK Construction. She brings extensive experience across the construction industry, having previously held senior legal roles with Laing O’Rourke, Wates Group and Alfred McAlpine. Terry is passionate about Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and is recognised for her collaborative and inclusive leadership style, developing high-performing legal teams that support responsible business growth.
