At its core, our strategy is to focus, transform and expand. What does that look like in practice?

  • We’ll continue to focus on winning and delivering profitable projects that align with our sustainability targets. Our long-term relationships with key clients and emphasis on frameworks are vital. All this will help us make sure our business is predictable, profitable and sustainable into the future
  • We understand that we also need to transform our products and services. We’re committed to continuous evolution and innovation – fully embracing the positives of digital – so we can be even more sustainable and scalable. We’ll concentrate our efforts on markets where we can leverage strong client relationships and deliver the benefits of our product and process leadership
  • By transforming, we’ll uncover new opportunities that will help us expand. Our scale, scope and expertise put us in a great position to help tackle some of society’s biggest challenges. So, for example, we’re growing our business in developing markets such as clean energy. And using innovative approaches to repurpose, renovate or retrofit rather than just building from scratch…

Through all this we’ll carry on collaborating with our stakeholders and embracing diverse voices to achieve our goals. That means leading by example, actively asking questions, listening, challenging the status quo and exploring new perspectives, and ultimately taking ownership for the solutions we deliver. 

Our people are front and centre of our strategy: making sure that we live our values, nurturing diversity and inclusion, and encouraging a culture where people can thrive and grow.
