BAM UK & Ireland (the “Division”), is a division of Koninklijke BAM Groep nv, also known as “Royal BAM Group”), which is a company incorporated in the Netherlands and listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
The Division consists of three trading segments of Infrastructure, Construction and Ireland (the “Segments”). Each Segment trades through one or more incorporated entities; the Divisional parent entity for each of the UK and Irish Segments is listed below.
